IDA Design and Build not only provides remodeling services for homes throughout the Seattle, Washington region. But we also help customize new construction and this Clyde Hill home is one of our finest examples.
For this project, we listened to our client’s needs and style preferences. It was important to our client that this new construction reflected their aesthetic while catering to all of their lifestyle needs. They also requested that materials be sourced and installed in an eco-friendly manner. We respect such requests and made it a top priority to provide green products in an environmentally-responsible installation process.
Highlights of this design and construction include a dramatically ornate staircase and rail which features an interior balcony overlooking the grand foyer. An unforgettable circular room was designed to be surrounded by views across multiple windows and accented with rich wood flooring. We enhance the look through precise millwork using eco-friendly trim work.
In addition, we utilized natural, deep-colored stone for the floor-to-ceiling fireplace which looks breathtaking against the golden yellow walls of the living room. Here and elsewhere in the home, we installed the same rich wood flooring to create a unified look within this grand home.
