This whole house remodel in Downtown Bothell transformed an existing home into a modern, functional, and thoughtfully designed living space. The project included a complete kitchen renovation, bathroom remodeling, new flooring, updated lighting, custom finishes, and interior upgrades throughout the home.
The result is a bright, cohesive interior where clean contemporary design meets everyday functionality, with carefully selected materials and details carried consistently throughout the home.

The kitchen was completely redesigned to create a more open, functional, and visually connected space for everyday living and entertaining. A large central island became the focal point of the new layout, providing generous workspace, additional storage, and comfortable seating while improving the flow between the kitchen and living areas.
Custom cabinetry combines warm wood finishes with clean, contemporary lines, complemented by light countertops and a full-height backsplash. Integrated appliances, built-in double ovens, concealed storage, and lift-up upper cabinets keep the kitchen streamlined while maximizing functionality.
Carefully planned lighting adds another layer to the design. Recessed ceiling lights provide even illumination throughout the space, while under-cabinet and accent lighting highlight the cabinetry, backsplash, and architectural details.
