This 2,100 sq ft Bothell home was transformed through a complete interior renovation focused on creating a cleaner, more cohesive design and improving everyday functionality throughout the house.
The project included a full kitchen remodel, two renovated bathrooms, staircase updates, new flooring, custom millwork, interior painting, and coordinated finishes carried consistently from one space to the next.

Whole-Home Transformation
A Complete Interior Transformation
Rather than remodeling individual rooms independently, this project was planned as one coordinated renovation.
The kitchen, bathrooms, staircase, flooring, millwork, and interior finishes were considered together so each remodeled area would feel connected to the rest of the home.
This approach created a more consistent modern interior while improving functionality and everyday comfort throughout the main living spaces.
The kitchen became the centerpiece of the remodel, combining custom flat-panel cabinetry with waterfall quartz surfaces and a full-height backsplash.
The concrete-inspired cabinet finish creates a clean, contemporary appearance, while the light quartz surfaces keep the kitchen bright and visually open.
Storage, hardware, appliances, and finish details were coordinated as part of the overall kitchen design rather than selected separately.
